2. Membership & Booking Policies

2.1 Membership Terms

  • Founding Memberships and other promotional offers are limited-time opportunities and may not be available after initial enrollment periods.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may be subject to a minimum commitment period (e.g., 3-month or 12-month commitments).

  • Auto-renewal memberships will continue until canceled by the user, following our cancellation policy.

2.2 Class & Workshop Bookings

  • Reservations are required for classes and workshops.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees, per our cancellation policy.

  • Class schedules are subject to change.

3. SMS & Email Communications

By opting into SMS or email communications, you agree to receive messages from Ebb & Flow Yoga and Wellness related to:

  • Studio updates, class reminders, and schedule changes.

  • Membership information, renewals, and exclusive member benefits.

  • Promotional content, marketing offers, and special events.

3.1 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary but will generally be 4-6 messages per month.

3.2 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

3.3 Sender Identification

Messages will be sent by Ebb & Flow Yoga and Wellness and will not be labeled as "MINDBODY, Inc." or any other third-party service provider.

3.4 How to Unsubscribe

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt back in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Membership cancellations must be made in accordance with the membership agreement.

  • Class packs and drop-ins are non-refundable.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows for classes, workshops, or wellness services may be charged a fee.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in Ebb & Flow Yoga and Wellness classes, workshops, or services, you acknowledge the following:

  • You are engaging in physical activity at your own risk and should consult a doctor if you have any medical concerns.

  • You release Ebb & Flow Yoga and Wellness, its owners, staff, and instructors from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a welcoming community, all members and guests agree to:

  • Respect the space, instructors, and fellow students.

  • Arrive on time and silence mobile devices during class.

  • Adhere to all studio policies and guidelines.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in membership suspension or termination.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
