Hot Vinyasa

WARM YIN
Slow down, soften, and let go in this deeply restorative 60 minute practice held in our gently heated infrared studio (80–85°). Gentle Heated Yin uses long, supported holds—typically 3–5 minutes—to target deep connective tissues, release tension, and improve mobility.
The mild warmth encourages muscles to relax and joints to open, allowing you to sink deeper with ease. Perfect for all levels, this class is an opportunity to balance more active practices with stillness, mindful breath, and intentional relaxation. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and replenished.

A complete 90-minute journey designed to take you deeper—physically, mentally, and spiritually. This immersive class is taught in our infrared-heated studio (hot) and weaves together the full spectrum of yoga practice: a grounding dharma talk rooted in yogic philosophy, intentional pranayama to steady the mind, dynamic asana to strengthen and open the body, and guided meditation to integrate it all.
This is your space to slow down, explore, and expand—moving beyond just the physical postures into the heart of yoga. All levels are welcome, with options to meet you where you are and challenge you where you’re ready. You’ll leave feeling centered, clear, and deeply connected.

Our guided meditation offerings are designed to help you pause, reconnect, and ground yourself—whether you have 20 minutes or a full 75-minute practice. Each session provides a supportive space to explore stillness, guided awareness, and mindful breathing.
Shorter mindfulness-based meditations (20–30 min) offer simple, accessible techniques to quiet the mind, release stress, and cultivate presence—perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Our longer traditional zazen sessions (75 min) are led by a Soto Zen priest and follow the classical form—beginning with seated meditation and followed by a dharma talk rooted in authentic Zen teachings. This extended format allows for deeper insight, reflection, and connection to the heart of the practice.
All levels are welcome—just bring an open mind and a willingness to be present.
