the art of slowing down. practices that invite rest, recovery, reflection, and nervous system regulation. these classes are practiced in lower heat and are inward-focused experiences designed to help you recover, pause, recharge, and reconnect.
Meditate, breathe, yin, deep stretch, vin2yin
FLOW
dynamic, breath-connected hot yoga classes designed to build strength, mobility, and balance and focus. while each teacher brings their own unique style and personality, all flow classes emphasize movment and the connection between breath and body. Practiced in a hot room (98-105 F) for an energizing and invigorating practice.

our signature hot yoga class. A complete yoga practice that weaves together movement, breathwork, meditation and mindful reflection. rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga while remaining accessible to modern life, these classes are designed to help you build strength, cultivate presence, and deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you. Fitness-inspired classes that blend elements of yoga, pilates, sculpt, strength and functional movement into a challenging, full-body workout. while these classes may move with more intensity, they remain grounded in mindfulness, breath awareness, and intention. it’s sweat, with soul.
