WHAT if I’ve never done heated classes before?
No worries! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our teachers will guide you through everything you need to know. The infrared heat is gentle and helps you move deeper without feeling overwhelming. Take it at your own pace, stay hydrated, wear light clothing, and arrive a little early to get settled. Your body will adjust quickly—stick with it, and you’ll love the heat!

What are the benefits of infrared heat?
Infrared heat penetrates deeper into the body than conventional heat, warming muscles and tissues directly rather than just the air around you. This makes it effective for relieving muscle soreness, joint stiffness, and chronic pain. It promotes circulation, which supports faster recovery and can reduce inflammation. Because it works at a lower ambient temperature than traditional hot rooms, it's often more tolerable for longer sessions while still producing a significant sweat. Many people also find it supports relaxation and stress reduction, as the warmth has a calming effect on the nervous system.

We conveniently offer two membership options- 3 and 6 month so you can pick the commitment level that suits you best! We do understand that life happens, however, so if relocation or medical issues are preventing you from practicing, talk to us about freezing or canceling your membership.

All Ebb+Flow memberships are tied to a specific studio location. This allows us to keep class access, capacity, and community experience intentional at each space, while ensuring members get the most out of their home studio.
I’m an Asbury Park member and want to switch to Point Pleasant Beach—what should I do?
No problem. If you’re currently an Asbury Park member and would like to move your membership to Point Pleasant Beach, just email us at connect@ebbandflownj.com and we’ll help you make the switch and find the best option for your practice.
Where are you located?
We are located inside vive fitness at 107 nj 35 in point pleasant beach, nj. check-in at the front desk and head straight back towards the personal training room and find us right up the stairs.
What membership is right for me?
If you think you’ll be practicing more than twice a week on average, we suggest the rIDE-OR-DIE unlimited membership. if you are just planning on coming once or twice a week to supplement a broader fitness routine, try our soft-launch 8xmonth membership or talking stage 4xmonth membership.
